Refund & Return Policy

1. Returns you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- Be in the original packaging with tags intact
- Have the original receipt or proof of purchase Certain items may not be eligible for return due to the nature of wedding-related products.
2. Non-Returnable Items the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Customized or personalized wedding items
- Made-to-order outfits or decorations
- Items used or damaged after delivery
- Clearance or final sale products
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
4. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- The refund may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. Order Cancellation Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
